Motivación laboral en las organizaciones: una revisión sistemática delos factores estratégicos que impulsan el desempeño empresarial

El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar y sintetizar la evidencia científica sobre la motivación laboral en las empresas durante el periodo 2015–2024. Se ejecutó una revisión sistemática siguiendo las directrices PRISMA. La indagación se efectuó en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science, mediante ecuaciones booleanas en inglés y español. Se identificaron 995 registros, de los cuales, tras emplear criterios de inclusión y exclusión, se seleccionaron 50 estudios para el análisis final. Los resultados evidencian que la motivación laboral se relaciona positivamente con el desempeño, la satisfacción laboral y el compromiso organizacional. Asimismo, se identifica una predominancia de estudios de tipo transversal y un mayor énfasis en la motivación intrínseca como factor clave para el rendimiento laboral. Se concluye que las organizaciones deben diseñar estrategias de motivación adaptadas a su contexto, priorizando el fortalecimiento de motivadores intrínsecos y complementándolos con incentivos extrínsecos, con el fin de optimizar el desempeño y bienestar de los colaboradores.
