Gestión documentaria y calidad del servicio: evidencia correlacional en una organización profesional del Perú

Abstract

Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre la gestión documentaria y la calidad del servicio en una organización profesional del Perú, con el propósito de evidenciar el papel de los procesos documentarios en la percepción del servicio. Metodología: El estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, de alcance descriptivo-relacional y diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 196 usuarios, a quienes se aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert. El análisis incluyó estadística descriptiva y correlación de Spearman. Resultados: Se identificó que la gestión documentaria presenta un nivel medio-bajo (M = 2.66), mientras que la calidad del servicio también se ubica en un nivel medio-bajo (M = 2.45). Asimismo, se evidenció una correlación positiva alta y significativa entre ambas variables (Rho = 0.946; p < 0.05), destacando debilidades en archivo, despacho y capacidad de respuesta. Conclusión: La gestión documentaria se relaciona significativamente con la calidad del servicio, evidenciando que las deficiencias en los procesos documentarios afectan la percepción del usuario, lo que resalta la necesidad de fortalecer los sistemas de gestión interna como estrategia de mejora institucional.
